No-Show, Late & Cancellation Policy

Dear Valued Clients,

In view of the high demand for appointments and an increasing number of “no-shows” when a client cancels without providing advance notice, another patient is unable to be seen. Late appointments cause us to be behind schedule and is unfair to those who are on time for their appointments. 

Cancellations:
We understand that life happens and sometimes cancellations cannot be helped. Cancellations can be made the same day, at least 1 hour prior to the appointment time. 

Late:
In the event a pet parent arrives late to their appointment (more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time) we may have to reschedule for a future clinic visit.  Should this happen more than once in a calendar year, a $50.00 fee will apply.

No-Shows:
If two (2) no-shows occur in a row or within a calendar year, the client will be charged a $50.00 fee.
